Choosing your ramp before purchasing

• Before purchasing your ramp please visit our Compare Ramps page to choose the product that will be the best size for you.

• Feel free to email sendit@jigsawjumps.com for personalised help choosing the best product for your needs.

Exchange for a different size

• If your ramp arrives and you are unsure if it’s the right size for you, assemble it indoors to check it but DO NOT RIDE ON IT.

• You can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in unused condition (not ridden on).

• Contact us to arrange the exchange by emailing sendit@jigsawjumps.com

• You will need to pay the postage to send it back to us.

• You will pay the price difference and postage for the new ramp.
